Madison Summers Hosts Panel Session at NOMA National Conference in Portland

Madison Summers, Architectural Designer at Ashley McGraw Architects hosted a panel on October 14th, 2023, at the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) National Conference in Portland, Oregon. Madison’s panel featured discussions with members of the NOMA Future Faces Fellowship (NFF). The fellowship is a two-month program where NOMA connects college students with leading architecture firms across the country. The fellows engage in design research and benefit from firm mentorship. The panelists were joined in discussion by members of NFF host firms. Madison co-hosted the panel with Tiffany Mayhew and Melanie Ray who organized the program and were integral in the crafting of the panel itself.

Madison who was a part of NFF’s 2021 cohort had this to say about her experience at the conference:

“Hosting and creating my first panel session for a national conference has been humbling! I have so much fun every year with my NOMA family and I look forward to many more years to come. The panel went great and I’m excited to continue to build recognition of the NOMA Future Faces Fellows!”
